Accommodation:

This 4 star house provides modern convenience in a traditional setting. It can accommodate 8 people and is set in a truly lovely setting of 20 acres of natural woodland. The characterful open-plan sitting room with turf fire, TV and video provides warmth, cheer and comfort. The fitted kitchen has been built in traditional style with flagged floor and old style kitchen dresser. It is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and electric hob and oven. Oil central heating keeps it cosy throughout and there are attractive landscaped gardens with wooden decking. Garden furniture and a barbeque provide a lovely private place to entertain. The cottage has ample parking and the owners welcome pets.

Directions:

From Belfast International Airport, bear left on to the A26 North to Antrim. At Antrim take M22 Westbound, after approx 7Km take A6 towards Londonderry, pass through Dungiven. At Londonderry/Derry take A2 to Letterkenny. You enter Donegal in the Republic of Ireland at Bridgend. Take left at Bridgend roundabout onto N13 to Letterkenny, passing through Burt and Newtoncunningham until Manorcunningham. Take right onto dual carriageway into Letterkenny, pass through 4 roundabouts, at 4th one take the N56 out of Letterkenny at Kilmacrennan pass Maxol filling station. Take left at crossroads, towards Churchill. Travel road for one mile, pass RC church. Cottages are a short distance up lane off road to your right.

What's included:

Heating is oil fired central heating and is included in the rental rate. There is log burning stove in living room and open turf fire in sitting rooom logs and turf are provided free of charge. Pets are welcome to stay in Dunnes cottage by arrangement,we do ask that they are restricted to the downstairs living area only. All bedlinen is included in the letting rate and includes, sheets, duvets and towels. Fishing - boats and gillies may be available by arrangement.

Cost and availability.

Rentals are generally Saturday-Saturday, Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am and new guests are invited from 4pm. Weekend breaks or short 3-4 day bookings are subject to availability at certain times of the year. A welcome pack of tea, milk, butter and bottle of wine is provided free of charge on arrival
