Smiths Cottage includes snug sitting room with open turf fire a traditonal kitchen with old style features such as beams, kitchen dresser, and tiled floor. There is an oil fired range, fridge, washing machine tumbledryer and electric oven.
The bathroom has an electric shower over bath, and there is oil fired central heating throughout the cottage. The bedrooms comprise 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom.
Surrounding the property there are beautiful private woodland walks and lawns with barbecue and garden furniture. The house has spacious parking and pets are welcome.

Heating is Oil fired central heating and is included in the rental rate There is an open fire and turf and logs are provided free of charge Pets are welcome to stay in this cottage by arrangement,we do ask that they are restricted to downstairs living area only All bedlinen is included in the letting rate; sheets, duvets, and towels.

Rentals are generally Saturday-Saturday Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10 am and new guests are invited from 4 pm Weekend or short breaks 3-4 day bookings are subject to availability at certain times of year Welcome Pack of Tea/Milk Butter and bottle of wine on arrival
