Accommodation:
Whilst being a modern building with full conveniences it still maintains a traditional feel with flagstone flooring and old hand made dresser. Dunnes Cottage has two floors and downstairs is a large open plan kitchen/dining room. With timber beam ceilings and a log burning stove the room has a lovely atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and a fridgefreezer.
In the sitting room there is a stone fireplace for burning peat and it has Oak wooden floors. Rather than watching the TV you can look out of windows at the beautiful views towards the Natural woodland and the river Lennon. The cottage has full oil fired central heating throughout and constant supply of hot water.All bed linen,duvets and towels are included for your stay.
The upstairs is reached via a Pine stairway. There is one en-suite double bedroom with a colour television. One wall in this room is built in natural stone and has beautiful views out towards the river and hills beyond. There are two spacious twin bedrooms with large bathroom and shower, all floors are laid in oak and pine wood

Dunnes Cottage is situated in North Donegal, within 10 minutes drive of Letterkenny, Donegals largest Town, and about 3 hrs drive from Belfast/Larne and 4 hrs drive from Dublin. On hand to Dunnes Cottage are some lovely walks and great fishing on the nearby River Lennon. Not too far away are some superb coastlines with white beaches and pretty bays. Within 8 miles you can find Glenveagh Castle and National Park, Glebe Gallery, Gartan Outdoor Pursuit center, Doe Castle and Rosapenna 18 hole championship Links golf course. Letterkenny is just a 12 minute drive away where you will find an excellent supermarket and a pub /restaurant. For rainy days there is a theatre, cinema and a swimming pool.
What's included:
Heating is electric by night storage heaters and is included in the rental rates of Bogle cottage. There is an open fire and a basket of logs and one packet of peat are provided free of charge. Pets are welcome to stay in this cottage by arrangement, we do ask that they are restricted to the downstairs living areas only. The pet charge is 3 per animal per night All bedlinen is included in the letting rate, and includes, sheets, duvets and towels for bathing. Babysitting services may be available by arrangement with the owners.
Cost and availability.
Rentals are generally Saturday - Saturday. Guest are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am and new guests are invited from 3pm. Weekend breaks or short 3-4 day bookings are subject to availability at certain times of the year. Pro rata discounts given for short breaks in low season. A welcome box of food can be arranged on request.
