There are plenty of golf courses within easy reach or you could go angling, horseriding or walking along the Maigue River or Curraghchase Forest Park - all a short drive from the house. The house is set next to a working dairy farm which you can visit. For day trips away, Fanningstown House is ideally situated for Killarney and the Ring of Kerry, The Cliffs of Moher and The Burren.

Accommodation:
The accommodation in this recently built property is luxurious throughout with a high-spec finish, wooden floorboards and tasteful decor. It is a very spacious property, ideal for a large group on an activity holiday or family getaway. There are 2 reception rooms, a separate dining room, as well as a sociable kitchen/diner so entertaining for 10 is easy. The lovely sun room provides a great place for reading or relaxing or enjoying the lovely surroundings in peace. The grand staircase leads upstairs where there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms, nicely finished with corner bath and separate shower unit. the owners are nearby and will welcome you personally. They are happy to help with any enquiries to make your holiday a comfortable stay.
Directions:
From Shannon, take the N18 to Limerick, N21 towards Tralee. At the end of the dual carriageway there is a roundabout where you will take the first exit heading for Croom. Continue to the Garden Centre and we will meet you there.
From Cork take the N20 towards Limerick. 1km before Patrickswell take the N21 towards Tralee. At the end of the dual carriageway there is a roundabout where you will take the first exit heading for Croom. Continue to the Garden Centre and we will meet you there.
