This is an atmospheric place with an organic mix of craggy hill summits, lush forests, vast moorland, sunny vales, and tranquil loughs and rivers. Derg View House has wooden floors throughout and exudes brightness and warmth. It has been decorated to a high standard while retaining character and its history as an old school house. There are 2 reception rooms and 1 dining room. There are 4 double/twin bedrooms, 2 with en-suite and 1 single bedroom. There is also a main bathroom. It’s the perfect base for exploring. Within a few minutes drive there are 2 lakeside golf courses, at Baronsourt. It is less than 15 minutes to the Ulster American Folk Park, the Gortin Glens and the Lakelands of Fermanagh. It is less than one hour to the beaches of southern Ireland. There is an onsite activity centre and walking and cycling tours and other activities can be arranged by the owners.

Accommodation:
Derg View House exudes brightness and warmth and has been decorated to a high standard. It has wooden floors throughout, keeping in character with its historic past as an old school. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dryer and a separate dining room makes entertaining for a large group easy. There are two spacious reception rooms, each with open fires. The cosy feel is complemented by central heating. There are 4 double/twin bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, and also 1 single bedroom which is located downstairs making it easily accessible. The property has a main family bathroom with separate shower and decorated with Victorian style fittings. A hot tub is also available for use for a small extra charge.
Directions:
Exit Newtonstewart towards Strabane.
After 2 miles turn left at signpost for Ardstraw and Castlederg.
Drive over bridge in Ardstraw and take the next right turn.
Derg View House is on the right-hand side after the Gospel Hall.
