Accommodation:

Accommodation is of a high standard with fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, en-suite bedrooms with power showers and oil fired central heating. Living area contains wood burning stove to add to the country cottage character. The sun room opens up to a large decking area and private garden, all with views overlooking the Golf Club Practice Green and adjacent woodland.

Directions:

Directions from Omagh From the Omagh throughpass continue on the A5 signposted fro Strabane and Londonderry / Derry until the next roundabout. Take the second left exit for Newtownstewart / Strabane and Derry (A5). Follow signs to Newtownstewart and travel along new bypass taking second exit left signed Newtownstewart, which will bring you to a mini roundabout at the bottom of the town where you should turn right. After passing a Spar shop on the right-hand side, take the (B84) road signed for Drumquin and Baronscourt to the left (do not bear right round the corner). Travel along this road and take the third road to the right, signposted “Golf Club” and “Cottages”. This is approximately 1.5 miles from Newtownstewart. Once you should see a sign for “Baronscourt Cottages” on your left hand side take the first road on your left, signposted for “Golf Club” and beside a “Baronscourt Cottages” sign. Please report to the first cottage on your left (The Ferns).

What's included:

Heating is oil fired with timer controls to suit requirements and is included in rental rates There is a wood burning stove with a limited supply of logs available free of charge. Pets are welcome to stay by prior arrangement only. All bedlinen is included in the rental rate, and includes, sheets, duvets and hand towels
